Make 1 change a month for a new you


For those of us who still make them, this is the time to make New Year’s Resolutions. And we make them with the best intentions of making them last. BUT, change is hard. And making so many changes at one time is harder. So, instead, make one change a month. That gives you 30 days to get used to each change before you add another one. 2011 is winding down and 2012 is revving up

I’m ready! 2011 has been good to me, for the most part. I don’t think I have any complaints. My oldest niece graduated from high school (in Canada!) and her dad (my brother) became a father for the 3rd time a few months later. My youngest started kindergarten this summer and her big sister mastered riding a bike with no training wheels! It's been so long since I made a New Year's Resolution. I haven't been able to keep them and I finally just got tired of breaking making them.
