Working from home is tough!

I use Grammarly's plagiarism check because being surrounded by a bunch of kids around doesn't give you enough ideas for topics to write about! Between December and January it's a whirlwind of activity around here! First there's Christmas, and the girls had a blast! We were so amazed at all the gifts, cards, and prayers we received from friends all over the country. Then we have New Year's Day, and they're about 50:50 on whether or not they actually make it to midnight to celebrate. This … [Read more...]

Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives Demonstration

Tonight I’m demonstrating how to use your Chicago Cutlery knife to cut onions and green peppers. I use both a lot when I’m cooking, in order to add flavor to my dishes. For the most part, I dice them up before adding them to a recipe. Since the growing season is just about over in most part of the country, I’m demonstrating how to dice up the vegetables and store them in the freezer. For both vegetables, cut them in 1/2, then cut them in 1/2 again. Once you’ve cut them into quarters, then cut 3 … [Read more...]
