Seriously? You want to know about me? Ooookay, here goes:

I’m a daughter.

I’m a sister.

I’m a child of God.

But I’m really just a kick-ass single mama on a budget!

And, as my 4 year old said “I’m squishy” (her euphemism for FAT)

I like to work hard and play hard.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE spending time with my girls.

Coco is 4 going on 40.

Lulu is 6 and she tells me she’s shy.

We’re a PR friendly household!

I like to read. All the time. I’ve been reading books forever. As long as I can remember – I don’t leave the house without a book – or 3 – in my hands. Now my daughters like to read with me, and LuLu is starting to read to me. But when we’re not reading, or Girl Scouting, or homeworking, or visiting parks and museums and zoos, attempting to change our brown thumbs to green, shopping locally at the natural farmers’ market, visiting family and friends, or playing around the house, or sleeping,

this mama’s writing book and product reviews (and the girls help too, when it’s age-appropriate). When do we have the time? LOL

I like to review books that I’d borrow from the library, buy at the bookstore, or would give as a gift. That includes bedtime story books, middle-of-the-day reading adventures, many bestsellers, but also the newer authors.

I like to test and review products/services/events, etc that my family would use. My family includes myself (a soon-to-be-40-year old), my mother (a senior), and my 2 daughters. I’m an eco-friendly, green-living loving, natural product-wearing woman. I’m an attachment (“crunchy”) parenting chick. BUT, I will stop at McDonald’s on the way home if I have to (I’d prefer Chick-Fil-A myself, but I digress).

We like gardening stuff, Christian stuff, outdoorsy stuff, and environmentally-friendly stuff. Games, toys, kitchen products (that’s why my baby calls me fat, cause I like to eat, and I’m not too good at the exercising stuff – yet!), crafts, etc. We just like doing stuff and having fun doing it!

There is generally a 3 to 6 week turnaround for the review – unless I promise you otherwise.
