Disclosure: I received a free sample of Nature’s Releaf in hopes that I would write a review. The opinions expressed below are my own.

My Thoughts on Nature’s Releaf

I didn’t know what to expect from Nature’s Releaf tea, since all previous laxative-type teas hurt. They make you very uncomfortable when they kick in, and you have to “go”.

Not this tea. Not only is it delicious – yep, delicious – to drink without any added sweeteners, it doesn’t hurt when it’s time to go. It’s the perfect strength. You’re not running to the bathroom, but you’re also not waiting and waiting and waiting for it to kick in either.

The ingredients include licorice root, peppermint leaf, and hibiscus flower which are why it tastes so good without any anything extra.

Nature’s Releaf tea is now part of my traveling emergency kit. It’s that good.

  1. I have never been one to try a “nature relief” but there have been times when I could definitely use one! I may have to purchase to just keep in the house if it is as delicious as you say!

  2. My go-to when I need to go has always been Milk of Magnesia, but you have to be careful when drinking it and pretty much stay close to the bathroom until everything is out. Also, it tastes NASTY. This could definitely replace that chalky stuff for me.

    • That’s interesting. I’ve used Milk of Magnesia for natural deodorant. It worked for several weeks and then it stopped working (the story of my life). I still have a few bottles left, but I never thought about using it for a laxative effect (and that’s probably its intended use LOL). But, yeah, this tea is the BOMB! You could actually use it every day for a month. I think that’s actually how they market it. It tastes great and you are not tied to the toilet.

  3. I’m glad you shared this, because honestly I HATE the cramping from other products. I can’t believe it’s delicious, who would have thought? I’m used to them tasting chalky, lol :)
