The girls and I love our raw honey. We take honey daily, combining it with bee pollen for seasonal allergy relief. Local, raw honey is best but we actually use whatever honey we can get our hands on. I’ve even used honey as a face mask. I combine honey with baking soda, but here’s a honey face mask recipe that you can try which uses egg whites instead:
Honey & Egg White Mask
1. Combine 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered honey with one organic egg white and apply over clean face.
2. Leave mask on skin 10-15 minutes as you feel the egg tighten.
3. Rinse with warm water.
We use honey in our daily smoothies, lemonade, and often use it when baking chicken to make a delicious Asian-inspired sauce. So I was so excited to have the opportunity to review Nature Nate’s raw honey. So were the girls! We are a honey-believing family, for sure.
Nature Nate’s Hone is raw, unfiltered, and minimally processed, which means you get all the goodness of the honey, and all of the flavor. You get pesticide-free honey made from American bees.
